OKay whenbever i work out for a long time or especially  RUN  for a long time .. or do cardio on the floor like skipping for awhile the bottoms of my feet burn like crazy. Ive had two pairs of nike runners one of them was for running but my feet still burn . Does anyone know why or has anyone experienced this. Also does anyone have any suggestions for some good shoes?

I’m doin g well today buddies.. 200 cals left.

    My feet hurts too!

I have different shoes for different activities - cross trainer for my classes, running shoes for running (funny since I don’t run right?) and a pair of walking shoes.

I also buy supportive insoles with extra cushion.

Great job on the caloric intake.

I’ve noticed if I have my shoes too tight then that happens but if I let them looser then it doesn’t happen as much….

New Balance. They make great shoes. I heard Aesics (I hope it’s spelled right) is great too.

I agree with Nancy on the New Balance. They are wonderful, supportive shoes. I discovered this shoe when I was working as a floor nurse in the hospital. All of the nurses wore them. My feet will hurt in almost any other kind of shoe…not these!

I wear New Balances and Asics. Neither of them make my feet burn or any other pain. I am NOT a fan of NIKES expcept for asthetics. THey always hurt my feet. Hope you find some shoes that work for you:)

I agree with everyone else about New Balance and Aesics. I have Nike’s that i love and really helped after i broke my ankle. Then i was looking for a lot of support and comfort though. I hope you can figure something out girl!

Could it be your socks too? I buy cushioned socks for running and high impact aerobics. My favorite sneakers are Reebok and Asics. Asics especially for running.

you might need inserts. Basically, arch support.
try some from the store (sports authority) or dr scholls (all stores have that) or the internet; (walkfits)
or a foot doctor can make custom ones by measuring your feet (casting) but they cost hundreds of dollars !
