back down again

im back down to 129.4…. musta just been water retention

i gained…..

I gained 2 and half pounds this week.. thats a lot to gain in one week.. dont really know how it happaned

my 12 day challange

My next goal is to lose 1 pound in 12 days, to weigh 129lbs

what i will do to accomplish these goals:

exercise 5 out of the 12 days

eat 1400-1450 on non work out days

eat 1500-1580 on work out days

today is day one and so far i am at 520 cals :)

I have finally re3ached my mini goal.. it feels amazing, on friday i ate out of stress and ate…. TONS I stopped counting even and sat i ate about 1600… which on a day i didnt work out is over my range … so i didnt expect to see a good number on the scale but there it was 129.6 !! of course i peed first and weighed myself b4 i ate anything but it still counts .. im in the 120’s lmao…. the high 120’s but it still counts….. wooooooaaahhhh im so happy ! :)

weigh in this morning

after not following my cal budget at all these past few weeks i still lost a pound…. I FEEL CRAZY LUCKY and not wanting to take it for granted i might not be so lucky the next time.. so im going to vow to get right back into my  BUDGET  this week :) just like all you other girlies going for your goals full force out there

is there really any other way to do it ?;)

IM HALF A POUND AWAY FROM 130 A HUGE HUGE MILESTONE.. thats been my “magic number” since december

today…. :)

today is gonna be the day i meet the goals i set out for ME ! just needed to write it down to hold myself accountable ;)
