im back down to 129.4…. musta just been water retention
I gained 2 and half pounds this week.. thats a lot to gain in one week.. dont really know how it happaned
My next goal is to lose 1 pound in 12 days, to weigh 129lbs
what i will do to accomplish these goals:
exercise 5 out of the 12 days
eat 1400-1450 on non work out days
eat 1500-1580 on work out days
today is day one and so far i am at 520 cals ![]()
I have finally re3ached my mini goal.. it feels amazing, on friday i ate out of stress and ate…. TONS I stopped counting even and sat i ate about 1600… which on a day i didnt work out is over my range … so i didnt expect to see a good number on the scale but there it was 129.6 !! of course i peed first and weighed myself b4 i ate anything but it still counts .. im in the 120’s lmao…. the high 120’s but it still counts….. wooooooaaahhhh im so happy ! ![]()
after not following my cal budget at all these past few weeks i still lost a pound…. I FEEL CRAZY LUCKY and not wanting to take it for granted i might not be so lucky the next time.. so im going to vow to get right back into my BUDGET this week
just like all you other girlies going for your goals full force out there
is there really any other way to do it ?;)
